FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What is the warranty on the Rollouts?
- Having sold several hundred Rollouts, I have not received ONE complaint or callback from a consumer.
- However, if a Dealer experiences any failure of workmanship or materials, not caused by consumer misuse or abuse, within [1] year of your purchase of the Rollout, the Rollout will be replaced at no charge to the Dealer.
- And, we can send the replacement directly to the consumer who can frequently replace the Rollout themselves without the involvement of the Dealer.
2. How do I get started?
- The best way to get started is to get some Rollouts for your own kitchen. Then, you will speak with conviction on how great these are to have and use. Also, having installed these yourself with the instructions handy, you will have the confidence and experience to speak of their easy/quick installation and be comfortable installing them in your client's cabinets.
3. What if "Selling" is not my strength?
- Our dealers do not "sell" these Rollouts...the Shelf Improvement Rollout truly sells itself. All that is needed is to show the sample [so the consumer sees their high quality] and a flyer with photos of a cabinet organized with Rollouts [so the consumer sees the results].
- Then, the consumer will either buy it from you or not, there is no "high-pressure selling" going on here. Your clients will be sincerely interested in seeing these and will appreciate your taking the few minutes to show them.
- And, although EVERYONE LOVES ROLLOUT SHELVES!, unfortunately everyone does not buy Rollout Shelves.
- All you need to do is SHOW these Rollouts enough times and some percentage will buy them...you simply take their order and measure.
4. What if I do not want to INSTALL these Rollouts?
a. First of all, many of your clients will choose to install these Rollouts themselves to save the installation charge and because they are so easy to install.
- My clients have installed over 100 Rollouts so far and I have never gotten a question or complaint from them in the process.
b. You can easily arrange to have these installed by a local handyman.
- I have a group who sells closet organizers and also offer SI Rollouts. Many of them do not want to install the Rollouts, so I have arranged with several installers to do this for them at the cost of $8 - $10 per Rollout.
c. And, remember that this Rollout was designed to be installed easily by anyone who can use a cordless screwdriver.
- As I recommended above, Dealers should first buy several Rollouts for their home or that of a friend where they can be installed in a pressure-free environment. After that experience, you might find that the installation is easier than you now imagine.
5. How long does it take to learn this new business?
- This business was designed to be understood by most people within 30 minutes or less.
- There are only [2] easy to read training guides: How To Use Your SI Sales Kit and How to Install.
- Also, we tried to make it almost impossible to make a mistake. For example, you only need to note the width of the cabinet opening to the whole inch without any fractions such as 1/4 or 5/8 etc.
- And, there is only one price, one color, etc. so it is very simple for you and your client to decide and order.
6. Does this require purchasing and carrying a lot of tools and products in my vehicle?
- This system was designed to take very little space in your vehicle and to be easily brought into your client's home. The Shelf Improvement Sales Kit is contained in a handled-box that is less than 24" W x 12" D x 8" H. Your Installation Kit is contained in a small tool box and the only additional significant tool required is a cordless drill.
7. What would be my shipping cost?
- There are two ways that these Rollouts are shipped: Boxed via FedEx or on a pallet by established trucking companies.
- Shipping by pallet is always less costly but requires a larger quantity of 15 or more Rollouts.
- Typically, your clients can wait a few weeks to get their Rollouts, so you can collect several orders into one order for pallet shipping and allow you to lower your cost.
- Our manufacturer has a great deal of experience shipping across the US and has provided the following grid to give you a rough estimate of the shipping costs for both scenarios.
